Enerwise Global Technologies Names J. Gregory Driscoll Chief Executive Officer
Former Philadelphia Gas Works Chairman Brings 35+ Years in Energy, Investment Banking Leadership
Kennett Square, PA — February 13, 2002 — Enerwise Global Technologies, a leader in enterprise energy management (EEM), announced today it has appointed J. Gregory Driscoll as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Driscoll, who has held a variety of executive leadership positions in the utility and investment banking industries, will head Enerwise's global operations as it continues to lead the way in the EEM market. Enerwise's products and services enable commercial and industrial enterprises to reduce cost and maximize efficiency by providing the technology needed to gain a thorough understanding of energy data as well as the managed services necessary to develop and implement energy management strategies.

Driscoll joins Enerwise from Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. in Philadelphia, where he served as managing director of investment banking, overseeing a team of professionals dedicated to the energy and distribution industries. From 1997-2000, Driscoll held the position of chairman of the Board of Directors of Philadelphia Gas Works, assisting the public sector utility through the natural gas and electricity deregulation processes. Previously, he served as Chief Executive at one of the largest petroleum distribution companies in the Eastern U.S., where he developed and implemented a successful turnaround plan, building sales and streamlining its petroleum distribution business. Driscoll built an impressive body of expertise during more than 30 years with Sun Company, Inc., the Philadelphia manufacturer and marketer of petroleum products with over $10 billion in annual revenue from operations in North America, Asia and Latin America.
